HENRY B. WHITON, M. D. was born in Lee, Mass., Sept. 24, 1827, graduated at Union College in 1851, and at Albany Medical College in 1854. He settled at Elmira, N. Y., but in 1856 removed to Troy, in which city he has since remained. He is a member of the Rensselaer County Medical Society, has held all the offices therein; is one of the curators of the Albany Medical Society. He was been for the past eight years one of the attending physicians to the Marshall Infirmary. His service in the army as surgeon continued over a period of four years.
